How to make $100 per day

Are you a young Nigerian? Are you looking for a decent way to make at least $100 daily using your phone or computer? If you are, then you are not alone in that search.

With the current state of the economy and the fact that there are barely any jobs, thousands of Nigerians are now looking for ways to leverage making legitimately off the Internet.

While some have been able to drop their 9-5 jobs and can live comfortably off the Internet, others are finding it hard to survive online, making little to nothing of the Internet. Well, with the right skill set and knowledge of where to market them, you can join the few who are making it big from the Internet.

Currently, I know several people in Nigeria who earn more than $100 every day. However, looking at the current exchange rate of $100 to Naira, you’ll see that it’s a lot of money. Hence, in this guide, I’ll be equipping you with the knowledge of ways to make at least $100 a day online.

Watch videos online

Do you know that when you spend watching videos on YouTube and earning nothing, you can use it on other platforms and get paid in dollars for watching the videos? Well, now you do.

A handful of websites are willing to pay you to watch videos online; one such is Swagbucks. On Swagbucks, registration is free, and you also get a 10-dollar signup bonus.

Since its launch in 2010, the website has paid well over $340 million to users, and it’s still paying to date. To make money online by watching videos on Swagbucks, you’ll have to become a registered member; once you are done with that, the next step is selecting a niche in Swagbucks to watch the session. Afterward, a list of different videos with varying lengths will be displayed on your screen.

When you start watching the videos, you’ll earn points at the end that can be redeemed as gift cards or cash that’ll be sent to your PayPal account.

Play games

Almost everyone with a smartphone has a game or two on their phone that they play when bored or to pass the time. Are you a gamer? Do you enjoy playing mobile games? Then you should consider making money while doing what you love (playing games).

You can earn dollars by playing games on websites or apps like Lucktastic, InboxDollars, and MistPlay. When you earn dollars on these platforms, you can withdraw your earnings via PayPal, gift cards, and other available options.

Affiliate marketing

Do you have a blogging website? If you do, just like Adam Enfroy, you can earn over $250,000 monthly or at least $100 daily from affiliate programs.

If you are new to affiliate marketing, then the concept of affiliate marketing might seem difficult to grasp. Affiliate programs are programs that pay you when you refer clients to them. Different affiliate programs have different earning rates; for some, you can earn as much as $50 from a single affiliate referral.

How does it work? You visit the affiliate program’s website and sign up to become an affiliate marketer for their product. You’ll be given a unique link, and once people use your link to purchase the project from them, a valid sale will be recorded on your account, and you’ll get paid. It’s as simple as that.

A typical example of an affiliate program would be Bluehost. Bluehost is one of the top web hosting services in the world today, and they pay $65 for every successful hosting signup they get via your referral.

Freelancing or remote full-time jobs

One of the most popular ways to start earning dollars online in Nigeria today is by freelancing or, in other words, working remotely. If you are very good at writing, you can make a lot of money from many freelance writing jobs

If you are tech-savvy, you can easily make a living off platforms like Fiverr and Upwork by freelancing gigs such as web development, data analysis, graphics designing, writing, and assisting companies or brands virtually (virtual assistants).

The best part is, if you don’t have a full-time job, you can also apply for full-time remote jobs and work from the comfort of your home while earning dollars.

Blogging or Vlogging

Do you know how to write and speak the English language fluently? If you do, you can earn dollars from foreign clients interested in your video or written content.

Blogging involves creating a website and then writing about a particular niche or area you are passionate about. You earn dollars by pulling large traffic to your website and via advertisements. When choosing a blogging niche, while it’s important to choose something you are passionate about, make sure it’s a niche that people are interested in—do proper research before starting a blog.

Conversely, Vlogging has to do with creating video content and posting it on platforms like YouTube. With a Vlog channel, you can choose to talk about pretty much anything you are passionate about.

Virtual trainer

If you are passionate about teaching, you are not left out in the online space, as you can earn dollars by teaching. If you have a skill that people are interested in, you can create a video (in the form of courses) where you’ll teach people how to become professionals in your field and post it on platforms like Udemy and earn money when people purchase your course.

Publish E-books

Do you know that you can write e-books and publish them on platforms like Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and earn dollars when people purchase your e-book? Well, now you do. This is one of the most popular and surest ways to earn dollars while living in Nigeria.

Hello Khadijah,

Sure you can make $100. Have you tried any of the ideas on this list? Do you have any skills you can sell? That’s the ideal place to start. Skills first, then sell for money.

If you need help with skills to acquire, feel free to respond to this.
